The camera has good quality during the day or night. It has a wider angle lens versus the competitors, so expect a bit of a fish-eye look to the camera footage.
Item works as advertised, but it has very basic functions at the moment. For example there is no way to view the recorded video on a computer browser, you must view the footage from your phone only. They did state an update is coming where you can view the imagine on a computer.
Its great that is has temp, VOC and humidity reader, but you can only view the last 24 hours. So it wont be replacing my Netmo anytime soon. Also it would be great if it had a notification function if the temp hits a certain degree.
Missing functions as being able to set notification options is also lacking.
Auto disarm, and rearm functions well for me.
Nice to be able to use fingerprint sensor on my iPhone to access the app was a nice touch.
As it stands today, it has a lot of potential, but in its current state it can definitely use a new features.

This is my 3rd replacement. I don't print very often, so the ink keeps drying on the printer head. Still says 60% life left but fails to print anything on paper. Tried multiple different cleaning options with no luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This wont provide much protection from background noise. Cheapest option is just to get some ear plugs. Best option is to look for noise cancelling headset such as the Bose Quiet Comfort 35. This particular headset says noise cancelling, its talking about the mic, not the headset themselves.

Not this unit does not support the 5Ghz. It only supports the 2.4Ghz band.

Need to upgrade from Rented Media com modem/router.
First I am technically challenged. Does this Modem also handle wireless. meaning I wouldn't need to purchase any other equipment to pickup a WIfI signal? Also does this work with Media com in West Des Moines if so what do I need to do to activate. thank you.
This will NOT have any WIFI functions built in. To use this modem with WIFI you must purchase a WiFi router.
If you want an all in one solution, you need to get something like Motorola SBG6580, or the Netgear C3700-100NAS. There are other options on the site, but those are just 2 of the examples.

What is the difference between the SB6141 & SB6183?
I see a definite price difference between these two and want to know what I get with the more expensive one.
The cheaper SB6141 will allow TimeWarner Cable to reach up to 200mbps.
The more exensive SB6183 is required if you want to sign up for their 300mbps service.
SB6141 will bond 8 channels, and SB6183 bonds 16 channels. The bonding is required for the new speeds the cable companies are offering.
In some cases, if you replace the modem you might even get a free speed bump and pay the same monthly service fee if your cable provided updated your service area.
The more exensive SB6183 is required if you want to sign up for their 300mbps service.

does it work with Apple?
I have a mac & Comcast / Exfinity?
Yes, it should have no problems at all. Im using it with my Mac, and Airport Extreme on TimeWarner. Only thing is you have to call your cable provider and register the modem for it to work.
