Its fast, reliable, and small footprint is all you can really ask for in a HDD nowadays. I have this in a RAID 0 array on a gaming machine with a matching HDD. Works flawlessly.

As always the quality of WD products is at its best. Ran a full thorough test on the drive first thing when i opened the box. No bad sectors or any other failures to report. Its small, lightweight and high capacity. Last external i had was only 1Tb. It was stolen, this one took its place. Great for the price.

What kind of software does this come with. Does it help with transferring or cloning from HDD.
Magician Software for SSD management. No, it doesn't help with cloning or transferring from your old HDD. All this was available on the manufacturers website. You should really check it out.

what type of warrenty does it have
If you would have went to the manufacturers website you would have seen that it carries a 5 year warranty. You would be amazed at all the information that manufacturer of such caliber provides nowadays.

Can Chromecast mirror my laptop? For example, when I am having a meeting and need to mirror an Office spreadsheet on the TV....
If you use the chrome cast extension within chrome it can.
