What's great about it: Easy to set up. No Wi-Fi problems since installation.
What's not so great: At times the camera is slow to focus.
Good all around camera for that price range. Slow to focus in low light.

bestbuy dont charge upgrade fee, but verizon will charge upgrade fee on my bill for s4 on black friday sale?

I bought 2 samsung s4 on blackfriday sale. I am a current verizon customer with wife. our contracts are over. Bestbuy say that bestbuy won't charge upgrade fee ,but in the verizon assitant person in the betbuy say that verizon will charge upgrade fee on my bill. They didnt say that before buying. Is it true?
Verizon charges $30 upgrade fee.
