I picked up this fan to replace another within my case. Right away I noticed a difference in noise and cooling. Bonus that it came with blue LEDs.

does it have readyboost feature?

You can use this USB drive for Ready Boost. Some operating systems are limited though on how much of the USB can be utilized.

Is this SanDisk Cruzer 8GB USB 2.0 backward compatible with USB 1.1?

All USB Devices are backwards compatible. You will only run into issues if you try to use them in an USB 3.0 port.
