What's great about it: Small, runs hours on battery, high quality HD, Sony fit and finish
What's not so great: Lacks SAE mount
I use this for recording cycling, roller-skating (helmet), and as a dashboard camera in my car. It does all three things very well.
I have been using a Contour GPS+ to do this, but the firm went out of business in August, and I was on my fourth RMA'd camera at the time. It was time to switch to a camera that was made by a firm that wasn't going under, and Sony is a safe bet.
I picked this camera mostly on the strength of Sony HD cameras' reputations, and the fact that I was adament about having a GPS in the camera. When recording video in the 'wild', having GPS tagging can make a huge difference in reviewing it years later and seeing where it was shot.
The camera is pretty easy to use, and it relies on the same battery technology that the RX-100 camera does, so I have already got extra batteries. It records 2h of HD video on a 16 Gb microSDHC card, and has a small LCD (not backlit) display to tell you what is going on. Pretty simple design; it uses your smartphone and bluetooth to provide an external monitor.
The optics are incredibly tiny. It's hard to believe how good the image is in daylight recording, but I have not been able to get a good recording in low light conditions, the video is very grainy. You have the option of a 120º or 170º view. It records in H.264 so it's compatible with Mac OS X editors like iMovie. The camera allows for WiFi-based data transfer to either smart phones or laptop computers, reducing the need for cables. It has a full HDMI output.
The biggest disappointment with the camera is that it has no SAE (tripod) mount built in. To mount it on my dash, I have to put the camera into the waterproof case which has an SAE mount point. This diminishes the audio and adds reflection glare to the video, along with requiring me to record the video upside-down (most video editors can flip the image).
On the whole it's a nice little camera, but it has to go in the shell to be used in the wild.

What's great about it: Can view live video from anywhere on Internet
What's not so great: Mobile App crashes a lot; resolution not really 720p
This camera is designed to allow live viewing from almost anywhere on the Internet, but has poor features for use as a home alarm camera. Perhaps the biggest design flaw is that although it has an infrared LED array to light up night time scenes, since the camera is an indoor-only unit, it cannot be used to view outside a home at night as the LEDs reflect off any window you must, by necessity, place the camera behind (remember, it's not weather proof). The unit is attractive in an Apple-ish way, but is fragile and the mobile app is highly unstable, crashing all the time and limiting viewing to only a few minutes before timing out.
Not ready for 24/7 eyeballing. It's more a toy for taking a look out a window every now and then.

What's great about it: Good solid acoustic range, small form factor
What's not so great: Price, fit and finish not as solid as older Bose products
I have the previous set of OE lightweights from Bose, and I liked the sound. I can't really compare the two since my first set was stolen with a laptop, but they sound similar. The fit and finish looks nice, but is even more fragile that the previous generation. There is a disturbing >click< when I pull the headphones into position on my head, and I think this is due to a change in the plastic molding process that creates larger imperfections. One improvement over the previous generation is the storage bag is smaller, but it's still a production (takes me about a minute) to pack up the headset and wind up the headphone cable. The lower price made it easier to return to Bose after losing my first set, but these are still pretty expensive for the fit-and-finish quality.

SD Card storage?

What is the largest SD card that will work with this? 2GB? 4GB? 6GB? etc
It definitely works with the 16 and 32 Gb microSDHC format chips.
