Bought this simply due to trust in the Toshiba name. Ordered this online. I noticed that the backlight was splotchy and uneven. Painful to watch any darkened scenes as the splotches showed through. Returned to store for a different brand.

Bought this after cutting the cable and not being able to find the remote that came with my Samsung TV. I was pleasantly surprised when, right out of the box, this worked almost flawlessly. I was surprised that there were features on my TV that I was unaware of but discovered thanks to this remote.
It was relatively easy to add a second television kept in the kitchen so no multiple remotes needed. This television is connected to Apple TV and the remote controls this as well. Not bad at all for the price.

These are more comfortable than the 2015 version. The gyro seems more stable as well.
Immersive experience but pay attention to the comfort ratings. For someone who gets sick playing Super Mario, even I find lots of experiences I can enjoy. Something as simple as watching Terminator from the surface of the moon or playing one of the locked room mysteries.
Some of the content is REALLY low quality and integration of Google Play movies would allow you to enjoy more of your own content. This is still pretty new technology though.
You do have things like Hulu and Netflix theater which totally rock!
The only issue I have is buying the previous version in February only to have them made obsolete by the USB C power port on the newer phone. Even an adapter did not work.

Love using this headset with my gear VR. They do a great job at blocking out background noise which adds to the VR experience.
My issue is with phone calls. Step 5 feet away and you get echo and crackle. I usually am hands free on calls because I am puttering around the room. Because of this, this set is not my favorite for calls. I generally use another brand for this.

I had no intention of going this far but after a 12 month Sling Deal I figured why not??
Asked a salesman about a "cheap" but good antenna and was pointed to this item. I have tried several antenna to get broadcast stations and none had done the job. After a learning curve of how to get my television to auto scan, I was shocked and delighted that this picked up 16 channels. That's the equivalent to old school basic cable!
I do get pixelation occasionally but I got that with my HDTV cable box. The funniest part is. That this antenna made me realize my providers service was less than stellar HD. The picture is actually better, sharper, and clearer with this antenna!

Got these specifically for computer calls. Not as expected. Most callers state they cannot great well without turning output up to 10p percent. Mike is too fast off center to pick up well. A simple Winsock and longer boom would have been sufficient.
You can also Not hear what you are saying which is past for the course for a USB headset

I got these after reading the great reviews. Let me say that I really loved the VR experience. Although the resolution is not always the best, at times it was awesome. I think this depended only the content you were viewing at any given moment.
Imagine watching a Star Wars marathon while sitting on the surface of the moon or being center stage with Cirque Du Soliel! Truly awesome. Those were the good points, now for the reasons for the return:
Some games require a controller. Finding that controller is nearly impossible. Even asamsung no longer makes the required game pad.

While I had no issues with over heating, there were several reasons for the return
1. The pass through charger only worked for the first 5 minutes.
2. After installing the software on my 6Sedge+ it seemed that the Oculus software does not mean play nicely together. Several functions stoop working like voice wake up and did not resume until a complete reset of the phone.
3- after using the device, it downloaded a few free experiences, I looked at my phone space and realize that almost half of my storage was being taken up by miscellaneous files. These are not the files that I downloaded as they show their separate space. The last thing I want is for my new phone

Lastly as the other poster mentioned, I did not want to be stuck with a device that made my phone obsolete with the next iteration
The apps can be a bit pricey but without the ability afforded by a game pad, this point is moot

how well will this work with a 65" flat screen lcd tv?
The cable on this one is a bit short. I only use stream on my 55. Difficult to position depending on where your coax input is

Would this antenna work for a Sony Trinitron 36" tube purchased in 1997?
It works for my tube purchase around the same time in the kitchen. As long as it has a coax connection

Do you need a conveter box
No, this is for broadcast channels. It has its own conversion and power source.

Have an old Magnavox TV-Will this antenna work to get any channels
We have cable tv on other televisions that are newer-this tv is in office and would like to get some reception without having to pay additional monthly cable charges.
As long as it has a coax input and a good location you should. Just connected my old Phillips Magnavox in the kitchen and it works well

What is your recommendation on a high quality USB microphone for voice recording.
The intent is to record audio for training purposes.
I use it for the same purpose and the answer is no. Go with Plantronic. Audio quality is horrible even with calls. Volume leaves too much to be desired

What is the warranty on this washer? We bought one in February and having trouble with it...
The warranty is one year parts and labor though the direct drive is 10 years and the drum is three hrough Samsung.
