What is the tilt degree range?
15-20 degrees.

Do you have brackets that attach to the vertical rails for a DVR?
Not sure, our system is wireless. I would check with Best Buy associate or the actual company.

Do they sell the tv attachment brackets separate from the wall mount plate?
There is a wall mount already attached to the wall where we recently moved in. They must have taken the TV attachment brackets with them when the previous owner moved out. Do they sell those components separately? i dont want or need to buy a whole new wall mount assembly if all I need is the two vertical pieces that attach to the television
We purchased a complete unit. I would check with Best Buy to see if they sell just the parts or contact company.
