Speaker question., tone,pulse, remote access

Does each phone have speaker option for phone calls or only for in house communication.
Also is there a pulse or tone switch .does it have remote access for recieving messages by phone call

Yes, there us speaker phone ability on each phone. Not sure about pulse/tone switch but it is available in setup on the handset. Remote message retrieval is available.
