What's great about it: Bright even in sunlight.. NO GLARE!!!!
What's not so great: Bad Pixel can be a sore thumb.
I am on my 4th Kindle now. As a product they have been great. I bought this one, because of the built in light. I have to say, its beautiful. Its brighter and easier to read than the Kindle Fire, and NO GLARE!
With Wifi on, the battery is still pretty darn good. Not as long as with it off, but I forgot the last time i charged it.. :)
Very light.. I had one bad pixel at the bottom. Sometimes it bugs me.
Only other comment, touch screen is great, but getting out of books at the end is tricky. You have to swipe down just right .. but very happy otherwise.

What's great about it: Simple to setup, Easy to use
What's not so great: Price was a bit more than ordering online
This unit works great. I needed it to backup a hard drive out of a laptop. It will read both full sized sata drives and laptop drives (3.5" and 2.5").

What's great about it: Fast
What's not so great: Nothing
Bought the 4gb version to hold mp3 music on my harming zumo 660 GPS, holds enough songs for days of travel, no repeats. Memory is fast enough, and the added sd card adapter helps.

Yes it will .. The a505 comes with a 350gb sata hard drive, so any sata hard drive will work.

My HP laptop HD crashed, will this HD be compatible?

If you HP has a SATA hard drive, then yes..

You did not list the model number, so I can't double check.. But you can type in the hp model number into Google and do a search. The System specs will say something like " Hard Drive SATA 5400rpm 250gb"

Yes.. Your Toshiba Satellite M645 notebook has a 5400 rpm sata drive n it. So any SATA hard drive will work as a replacement.

Does this package contain a bootable installation CD or DVD?

My laptop HD crashed and I need a new one; I also want to upgrade operation systems when I install it. However, in my download of WIndows 8 setup, I copied it to a new DVD that is not bootable. Is there an installation disk or is the hard drive bootable from the box?

If not, how can I obtain a bootable disk?
As long as you have a "License code" for Windows 8. You can download an ISO disk from another computer. This drive is NOT bootable out of the box, and does not come with Installation disks.

Toshiba MK5076GSX is a sata hard drive 5400 rpm. This drive will work in your Dell, as it is also sata.. However, it will be faster so that's a good thing.
