This tv stand is very heavy...the UPS guy could barely carry it (I gave it 4 stars because of this), but the quality is 5-star. I am female, and the pieces were too heavy for me to put together myself, so I had someone else do it. He did it in 20 minutes, with no problem. It is beautiful black tempered glass, and adds to the décor of my bedroom. Holds my phone, 32 inch tv and accessories perfectly. It looks so good, I really don't want to put anything but the black tv on it. Would highly recommend!

can i put a 55' tv on a 50' insignia tv stand the sku is 3088183 just wondering does it matter that much.

It's very heavy, and a flat screen isn't that heavy, so it will hold it. Just check the width on the tv stand vs the tv before you order it.
