What's great about it: Didn't have to go all the way to a music store when I needed these
What a convenience to be able to run to best buy instead of waiting to go to a music store that was already closed for the evening. A lot closer and convenient. I'm pretty hard on my strings and these can take it!

Can you use sugar or just hard candy?

What supplies do you need to make cotton candy with this machine?
Both. You can use hard candy, plain sugar, sugar floss. The sugar floss produces a lot better cotton candy and well worth it.
