After 1 year of owning this computer I'm taking it back because I've been troubleshooting for a year. This was open box though. I'd stick with Lenovo Server Computers.

Unfortunately Best Buy has this item but Seagate is having severe problems with partitions and this drive will only show as 768gb in allocated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Feels sturdy straight out of box and also has multiple features...very large. Would recommend a sturdy stand and spider mount.

"Desktop"? OK in a external dock, thru USB? Can reformat to format exFAT?

It's all one big problem...return it. Seaga has a problem right now and they are pulling these back because of partition problems.
