how does it track info?
i was wondering how this device tracks cal's burned during a workout or cal's ingested during a meal

Based on inputs that you provide: age, gender, weight and so forth it will calculate your basal rate and burn rate for each day then tell you how your doing based on the food that you track. Seems to be a positive push for me...tracking food and movement is the key to any weight loss goal!
