Works good as a replacement for the one installed when we purchased our home. REALLY wish the light was a bit more forward instead of all the way at the back, makes the light almost worthless to use for cooking light.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How loud is the fan
Unfortunately, it is a bit loud. I had a Whirlpool Gold model before, with 3 speed fan, and it was quieter than this 2 speed fan.

how many lights are under the microwave? 1 or 2? Are they in the fron t or back?

1 light, more toward the back, which I don't really like. Makes it nearly worthless to use as the only light for cooking because of the placement of it. My stovetop is typical size, not overly large or anything.
