I love this c-book. It's fast and light so I take to college with me and work on my papers using the online word program in my outlook account. But you could also use google docs. The cover starts getting scratches during the first week, but what can we expect from a 200 buck laptop right? I bought a pouch for it and a colorful cover sticker on amazon and i love it so so so much :) Can't used the microsoft programs here though and sometimes if doesn't allow me to open certain files because they're not compatible. I also own a hp windows laptop so I just use that at home to download documents but overall I work on this chromebook all the time

Does it work well with hulu?

yes and netflix too :)
