Plantronics - Voyager Legend Bluetooth Headset, is a great tool for me it is not a luxury it is a necessity. Works good, connects every time. Background noise never seems to be a problem I hardly ever hear any one complain about it. I have my phone set to answer in 2 rings so I don't have to even touch my phone. I get and make any were from 30 to 100 phone calls a day it really does work well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can you also listen to your music using this headset?
Yes, I use 2 phones one flip and one smart phone. The smart phone I listen to music and it works ok.

Will this device announce the caller's NAME if it's in my phone's contacts, instead of the caller's phone number?

It is far from accurate it is almost funny what it comes up with. About 10% of the time it gets it right.
