What's great about it: Easy to use and doesn't hurt my ears.
It's actually two ear pieces which you can use in both ears or just one. Controls are easy to use and the power cable uses a universal connector. When not in use, tuck under the shirt. I use it daily and it's the first one I like. I've tried some expensive earpieces but they hurt my ears and tend not to stay put. You can even coil it up to fit in any small case or pocket.

Can't get iPod nano 7th generation to link to new Plantronics Backbeat Go 2 earbuds. Can anyone tell me why?

You may need to go to settings and scan for the device first. iPad, and I assume iPhone, does not automatically connect to some blue tooth devices.
