Kids were always using mom's iPad so they each got one of these. More games, the same games (as iPad), just as easy to use (if not easier), and way cheaper than iPads. These things are awesome, if they hold up to the kids for a few months I will be getting me one as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does it have pre-loaded games? If so, how many?

Yes, the kids model has several kids games already installed. Not just cheap no name games but actual Disney games and fruit ninja.... The Google play store has a ton of games for free or purchase as well, more than apple store for sure.
