HDMI version?

I see nothing useful in the Specifications. I expect to see product specs there, not warranty information. I want to know what the connectors are made of and which HDMI version they meet. I cannot find any of this information on this page.

Almost all HDMI cables will produce the same result. There are minimal advantages you would get with a higher end more expensive HDMI cable. Most wouldn't even be noticed by the naked eye.

You would need these cables, if you wanted to hook up any accessories to your TV such as a gaming console, or a DVD/Blue Ray player. That is the sole purpose of cables such as these, has nothing to do with cable. If you don't plan on hooking anything up to your TV, these are not a necessity
