What's great about it: Once it starts prining its fast
What's not so great: Doesn't communicate wirelessly very well
I am disappointed in this printer, it is slow, I get error messages every time I try to print something, software and HP website are hard to use and find answers. Perhaps not for a beginner.

I haven't had this for long enough to have detailed opinion, I bought it for internet and home finances, student needs and so far it has met my needs and expectations.

Does base allow screen to be raised up and down and/or rotated left and right?

I want a base that will allow me to be able to rotate screen without moving base so that a customer can see screen. Will this do that?
No, it only tilts forward and down.
