Not one issue so far. Signal strength is perfect. 3 story 2500 soft town home and my signal is the same on all 3 levels.

Do I need a second SONOS Soundbar and Subwoofer set up for a second TV that is in a different room?

and if so, is there a different frequency so that the two systems doesn't over ride each other?
You could just move your sound bar and sub from room to room if you wanted to do that, but for permanent set ups yes you would need 2 of each for separate rooms if your wanting sound from both TV's. I would suggest getting a sub only for the main living area, the sound bar itself has pretty strong base which is perfect for a bedroom or such.
