I bought this fitness watch a little over a month ago and it has worked wonders. I had another fitness watch but it did not do justice my old one kept giving me false calories burned while this kept up with my heart rate and i didnt have to push anything to give me a reading. it is very easy to use, I use it when I do "bootcamp" training with camp gladiator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: His use of imagination in the lyrics
I have been a R. Kelly fan since his first album. Even though he has had trouble with the law and recently in the past year of so trouble with his health that caused him to have throat surgery it hadn't stop his career. He's back with more creativity in his lyrics and have some talented artists featured on this album. I will always be a fan of his.

What's great about it: Just put it on and go
I received this for Christmas and I haven't taken it off since. I didn't realize how many steps I take in a day and it has helped me improve on my fitness and showed me how I sleep at night with the sleep tracker. Great buy and I will recommend this to anyone.

What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: wished he had more tracks
People are sleeping on him. He breathes old school music. They don't make it like this anymore. He's respecting women and letting them know they are loved in everyway. This is a great CD if you are feeling unsure about yourself he would make you feel as if hes singing to you.

What's great about it: She speaks her mind in these songs.
What's not so great: The songs are somewhat alike in content.
She is a good vocalist but I think she should expand on her content. All her songs seem to be about her getting done wrong and sometimes its ok but there should be an uplifting song after the heartache.
I would recommend this to a friend!

yes but make sure to start the watch and have the heart rate sensor on yourself.

does the polar Ft4 (women´s heart rate monitor, color purple/pink) come with polar H1 heart rate sensor and chest strap?

yes it does and the strap is adjustable.
