The first oven had scratches inside the glass door. the second oven had a broken fan. I won't buy Hamilton Beach again. Also, the two returns wasted my time and my birthday coupon. Sad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The first oven had scratches inside the glass door, and the exchanged second oven had a very noisy fan that I think just broke. I'm cautiously going to exchange it one more time, but I will never buy a Hamiltom Beach product again.

Can this be mounted under a cabinet?

No, the ovens gets way to hot.
