These ear phones are only good for some bode that seldom has a need to use ear phones. If you use produces like this often you would be way ahead to spend a little more and get a much superior product.

bluetooth connectivity

my headset is charged but when i try connecting it to my laptop, the headset icon appears for a few second and then disappears. when i turn off the headset and turn it on again, the headset icon again appears for a few seconds, enough for me to try to pair it with my laptop. But i get an error. see screenshot. how to resolve?
I have additional Logitech products, but I found that I had to use the the Wireless antenna that came with my head set in order for my headphones to function properly. This appeared NOT to interfere with each other as it seamed every body was happy.
