I was looking for something that was waterproof and keeps the sand out of my phone. This case was perfect for me because it protected my phone wasn't ridiculously bulky. Easy to remove as well.

They have a pretty firm fit. I don't spin but I like to think they will perform better than the Backbeat Go 2s I upgraded from.

Sounds like you have a short. I would take them back if you're still in the return window. If not contact the manufacturer

Will Best Buy replace the phone if the screen cracks and the protector doesn't?
Best Buy talked be into paying for the glass screen protector, stating that if they phone gets dropped that the protector will crack, not the phone. Well, they installed the glass protector and of course I dropped the phone (have had it for 3 weeks). The protector is intact, but the screen underneath is cracked. Do you think Best Buy will replace the phone?
Probably not. The screen protector is supposed to protect the screen from scratches. Not blunt force trauma.

Yes as in they sell Logitech products but I don't believe they have any kind of special partnership.

I have an ipod (5th generation) and an iphone 5 how do I know for sure if this will work with them?
Yes. And I went with Dynex because when I bought generic cables from eBay And had a problem. Dynex is the cheapest I've found that works efficiently.
