How do make the headset vibrate on text!?

I have a friend who purchased the 750 and it will not vibrate on his neck when the text comes in. Iphone 6. Suggestions please.
When my phone is set to vibrate with the headset connected it vibrates automatically. Make sure your phone is set to vibrate when you link it with the headset.
