Bought this to replace the same model we purchased 3 years ago to make mounting installation easier. Old one just suddenly stopped working completely. Even the clock stopped working. I suspect it might have been an easy repair but a service call would be close to the price of a new unit so we oped for the new unit. Warranty is only 1 year but not worth the price of getting an extended warranty. We were happy with the unit until it failed and is attractive looking.

They changed the features without adequate notice

Turbo tax deluxe has changed its features from prior years. You used to be able to complete a Schedule C and security sales (schedule D). That is no longer possible with Turbotax Deluxe(not really deluxe anymore). In order to do what you used to do you now have to upgrade to TurboTax Home and Business which costs twice the price of the old TurboTax Delux. Upon discovering the inadequacies of the 2014 Turbo Tax deluxe I tried to return it to Best Buy. I was told I had to return it to TurbTax directly as Best Buy won't accept opened software. Since I had used a $10 Best Buy rewards program coupon as part of the purchase, I now loose that as well as having to pay shipping costs to return turbo tax to intuit. Bottom line, It cost me $15 to return a bad product. I am very unhappy with both Intuit and Best Buy.

Overall these headphones are excellent. They sound better than the price I paid for them. The major issue is the cord that comes with them is a little short for someone wearing a knee length coat in the wintertime. They are very good at canceling outside sound and are comfortable on the ears. Good value for the price.
