So glad Android finally went with the iPad-like 4:3 screen ratio. Browsing the Internet in portrait mode is much more enjoyable vs the older android screen ratios. The ONLY slight issue I have with the tablet is battery life. It's not horrible, but definitely not on par with the iPad. Still the best Android tablet to date in my opinion.

Bought this for my mom, and she loves it! My wife and I just had a baby girl and wanted to make sure my mom could see her on a regular basis. FaceTime allowed that and is head and shoulders a better video chat alternative than anything Android offers.

What's great about it: screen quality
What's not so great: proportions, tabletcentric apps
Screen quality was awesome, but Android lags horribly to apple when it comes to quality tablet apps. A lot of apps just look like blown up mobile phone apps. The proportions of the tablet are also a con compared to Apple. I much prefer apples aspect ratio compared to android, as I enjoy using a tablet in portrait mode to read news etc. After a few days, the tablet was returned.

I'm a truck driver and the Slingbox player saved me from buying a satellite system for my truck. Although the price is not cheap, it's better than the alternative. The performance is quite good, even with a sub par signal.

Sensor issue

II down loaded a compass APP to my Samsung GT-P6100 and it will not work.
Its telling me that there is no sensor.
Is this true?
No, your phone definitely has a sensor to run the compass.

What kind of modem do need to buy to replace a Comcast modem.[I want to save the monthly charge}
Just about any modern cable modem will work just fine, but there are several that are actually approved by Comcast to work with xfinity...or xfinity certified. I know the Motorola surfboard and zoom modem both are.

My picture is blurry when I use Roku to watch it on my TV.

What do I need to do to fix this? Better Roku?
The Roku streams from your internet connection. If your TV is blurry, you do not have a fast enough connection

If I buy two slingboxes and set it up on one cable box can two people watch it at the same time?

And be able to watch two separate shows at the same time?
No...you are limited by what your television is able to do. the slingbox doesn't add features to your TV, it just allows you to watch it while away.

Can I order and view an on-demand movie connected to a DirectTV receiver?

I plan to connect Sling to my home's DirectTV receiver box and view DirecTV at a weekend place. If I do that, will I be able to order DirecTV on-demand movies and watch them from the remote location?
Yes, you can do anything on your TV using slingbox that you can do sitting in front of your TV.
