This sound bar was super easy to setup and has provided great sound. I am looking at expanding this system soon with a sub and possibly the surround speakers. It is very nice that you can expand this system as money is available.
I use this to both provide a sound system for my TV and also utilize the streaming it has for just playing music.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Height concerns?

Purchased a Sony 4k 55 inch TV. Will the Sonos playbar (even laying flat) be too tall and block the view of the bottom of the TV?
Based on the specs of the TV you said you got ... it has ~2.2 inches of space between the screen and the resting surface. This sound bar is about 3.5 inches tall when sitting flat. This means that there will likely be some overlap. It really depend son the border around the screen (which seems very minimal).
