Simple and straight forward to hook up. Worked great right out of the box. Had a wired ethernet network connection in a room of the house upstairs that couldn't get wifi. Speed is good for browsing Web and even streaming movies. Way cheaper than running wires...

Using the NETGEAR - Powerline Ethernet Adapter

We are going to use the NETGEAR Ethernet Powerline Adapter to connect our router to the
ROKU 3. The router (next to the computer) is separated from our TV by two rooms ... almost
75 feet.
Do you have any suggestions?

It should work fine just 2 rooms away. I have it running 2 floors away from eachother and stream movies fine. It will even give lights to show strength of connection. Only caution is to plug both units directly to the wall outlets and not into a power strip or anything like that.
