My Iphone was stolen

my phone was stolen and i bought it from bestbuy a year ago with the two year contract, my contract isn't up yet but i need a phone. will i be able to buy the phone for the discounted price? or would i have to pay regular price?
What you need to do first is to suspend your line through your carrier. You won't be able to get another phone until your contract is up. But see if you qualify for AT&T Next, Verizon Edge, Sprint Easy Pay/Leasing (depends who your carrier is). Go to your nearest best buy & ask them this, it's your only option.

Is there a trade in value for I Phone 5S for I Phone 6 Plus

Depends if there is NO CRACKED SCREENS, no water damaged, phone works on battery & basically a fully functional phone, then I would guesstimate it to be about...$150, maybe more. Go to your nearest best buy location to find out more. Or search for "trade in" on this website & go from there
