Can I put WIN 10 on this HD? Or if not........

Toshiba L305-S5885.
1. Possible to install Win 10 on this replacement HD?
2. IF not, I have original Recovery & Application/Drivers discs. Is that all I need to get up and running?
Thanks
I did not have problems installing Windows 10; however you may have problems installing if upgrading from Windows 7 depending on your hardware
