I decided on the UN60JS7000FXZA 4K Ultra HD Smart TV based on reviews and my history with Samsung TV's. It has a great picture and my family and I really enjoy it. It does have a robust sound/speakers in the TV, but I run all my sound through my receiver/surround sound system. The only negative is that the field of view is not as great as my old plasma, however that's an issue all LED TV's have. I priced Best Buy vs online retailers, and they were within a couple $. Very easy process to pick up at my local store within 2 hours of placing the order online.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Picture quality

Why was the picture s much crisper in the store the in my own home? There is a big difference. In fact I could have bought a different brand and a lot cheaper then the one I bought. I bought this one because I was mesmerized by the picture and now very disappointed
What are you using to view with? HDMI? What is your source? It's very crisp at my home, watching on DirecTV, or BluRay. One thing they do in the store is pump the brightness waaaaaaaaay up.

WHY was the S dropped from the listing. (SUHD)

I think it is just a marketing term. It's full 4K.
