just got my refridgerator, how do i keep the refridgerator from rolling everytime i open freezer

You need to lower and level the stationary "feet". It's rolling / moving because It's still resting on the rollers. See the manual to remove the bottom plastic panel ( about 20-3 inches high running the entire width - remove 2-3 scows and pull it off it's plastic latches). Look under the front edges and see the rollers and the screw down feet side-by side. The fridge needs to sit on the feet, not the rollers. Best / easy way (and easier than it sounds) - screw the front feet down to meet the floor, then leverage the front edge up slightly (Flat board under frame works fine...but lever again the frame, not the bottom drawer). Once lifted slightly, screw the feet down more ( 1-2 turns) so the roller is off the floor. Repeat this until you get the unit level AND the doors close on their own @ 90 degrees open. This refrigerator has a width of 35+ . My entrance door is 33 inches wide. Is there any way the fridge doors can come off to clear inside?

You're OK...delivery folks should remove the handles saving about 2-3inches. Then, if still necessary, the doors come off in about 5 minutes with the right tools.

are the sides of the refrigerator stainless steel as well.

Sides are gray pebble grain aluminum...mostly hidden in our kitchen layout. I looked at similar units with s/s sides but cost jumps about $300-400...not worth it if the sides are blocked.

we have autistic grandkids always in the fridge help

Use a short rubber coated bike lock chain thru the handles...combo lock if necessary.

My fridge intermittently makes a buzzing noise for a few seconds. Is this normal?

The buzzing is the ice maker water supply operating. Water needs to be pumped up to the ice maker when needed...water cannot stand in the supply line or it will freeze shut. You're hear the pump and the water flow...or it's a bee caught in the line!
