Afresh is critical to deep clean a front washer to ensure long term performance. It is very basic chemistry almost like dishwasher soap. I wish it were sold as container of 100 or more rather than 3 with excess packaging. High profit margin for all retailers of this product. Note: strong cleaners that do not damage rubber seals, hoses, etc has value.

how often due you use afresh in the wash machine ?

Once per 3 months seems appropriate. Depends on the amount of gunk. I rarely use it to get lime and lint built up out.

When using Affresh in a GE washer

I have a GE washer. Although it has a multitude of water level and washing options, it does not have a "clean washer" or "normal" cycle. What setting(s) should I use, and does the water level matter for the cleaning process?
Use the highest water level, the strongest agitation, extra rinse, and the hottest temperature, add chlorine bleach - optional since the tablet has bleach in it. That is the closest to a "Tub Clean" cycle.
