I bought this to replace a different brand that failed in HDMI switching. I expect thr Sony to do better. The sound is fine, as expected, and everything works functionally. I have had a couple of interruptions in HDMI 2.2 video streaming, but there are several other parts that could be causing the problem. It is distressing to have a stream stop after 1 hour, and nothing gets it going again. The message says something is not 2.2 qualified. One other thing: I wish I could change the names of the input selected; however, you can only do that if you have a Sony TV as well as receiver... Mine TV is a Samsung, so I can't get the on-screen menu for that. There is an on-screen menu for the microphone setup, and that works fine.

I replaced an old Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse with this Microsoft unit, and I am still happy. I moved the older hardware to a different PC, and put this one on my main unit. I like the play/pause on the keyboard, as well as a dedicated PrtScn. Also, this one is encrypted, although I don't expect anyone is snooping,

This tiny little adapter works better than several others I have used over the years. It is running ac mode at a challenging distance from the router.
To install, I just plugged it in and Windows 10 installed it immediately with nothing for me to do.

I print lots of photos, and I always use Canon Photo Plus II Glossy paper. My friends think I make the best photos, and they are printed at home on my Canon printer, with Canon ink, and on Canon photo paper. For my granddaughter's graduation party, I recently printed 300 photos that were posted all over her house for guests to see.

This tiny little USB memory works great. The biggest problem is that is could be easily lost. USB 3.0 is fast, but this has so much memory it still takes some time to transfer lots of files. I put this on my laptop, which only has 100 GB of SSHD. Now I have doubled my memory size!

A couple of times in the past, I tried some of the cheaper ink and refills, but had problems. Now I just buy the best, and I never print a bad page or photo. I have had a couple of Canon printers that print many reams of paper without any problems. My family and friends say I print the best photos too, even though my printer is old and prints lots of color pages on copy paper.

I bought my Apple TV 4 after I bought my 4K TV. Foolishly, I thought the 4 had something to do with 4K, but it does not. This device works like the earlier model of Apple TV, but with a more powerful computer inside. I returned my Apple TV 4 after spending some time trying to make it play 4K. Sorry Apple, I bought a Roku instead.

I gave this to my grandson for his birthday. (He is 20.) When he saw that it had both connectors, he said, "Great'; this will plug directly into my Galaxy phone." He thought it was really neat to have both sizes of connectors, enabling him to transfer photos and files between the phone and a PC.

Plus, an audio jack on the back of the extender lets you plug in your speakers and listen to music from your wireless devices, like smartphones, tablets and computers.
Has anyone used this to extend to a basement? I get that it extends the range, but was curious if it bounced well (downstairs and round corners) with lots of obstacles like walls etc
My range extender reaches the basement very well, but our floors are normal wood construction.
The range extender sends a signal just like a wireless router. 2.4 GHz penetrates walls better than 5 GHz, but the 5 GHz frequency is fairly vacant. (Microwave ovens and lots of other things run at 2.4 GHz) To reach a basement, a router or extender would go through a wooden floor from above fairly well. It would not penetrate reinforced concrete very well at all.

Will i be able to connect this to my combo modem/router?
A range extender is placed somewhere between the router and the place where you want improved signal. As a simple range extender, you don't connect anything to it except power. (There are connections on the extender if you want a connection in that location.) In its location, the extender retransmits the router send/receive information on a new network ID. By default it uses the router ID appended by _EXT.

Support more than one extender?
We've used this for upstairs signal weakness but I would also like to have one on the interior wall closest to the back yard. Can more than one extender be paired? I'm guessing yes but would like to know for sure before purchasing.

You can use two extenders, but they would not be "paired." Each extender adds a new network name (SSID).
You can "daisy chain" them and, for example, if your router is "Home," then the first extender would put out a network signal named "Home_EXT." Then the second extender would receive the first extender and put out a network signal named "Home_EXT_EXT."

Does this device also increase the internet speed?
We have a Netgear router hooked into our PC, but have slow internet service through our provider. We now have a Smart TV upstairs away from the router, and wonder if we will need this device to increase signal and also help with speed? We also use IPads, phones and laptops. And would I place the extender upstairs near the TV?
No. It will only provide a stronger connection between your router and your TV.

Does bestbuy offer ink cartridge trade-in or credit ?
Currently, Best Buy will give a rebate on ink if you turn in old cartridges. The rebate is only offered if you spend over $40 on more ink.
