What's not so great: none
Great gift for teenagers especially for young man, like my nephews, instead of wondering what you will get them. My nephew spend too much time on the computer, so this was a best gift for him and he uses it right away. Now I know what to get him again next time. :-)

What's great about it: One good employee, very helpful
What's not so great: There was couple wasn't helpful at all
There was a customer service name Richard, he was very helpful and apologetic to the other employee who was very rude name Mike from the Phone department. I was trying to get my daughters new phone get activated. I was passed on to Geek Squad customer service to the Cell phone department, a guy name Mike look so irritated when he was activating my daughters phone, which he failed to do so. So I went back to Geek Squad to asked for help.Richard apologized in behalf of this rude employee. I waited more than an hour just to activate my daughters phone. Some was very unprofessional, employee texting in front of customers, instead of helping customers. So far this guy name Richard was the only helpful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: It was a good protector shield
What's not so great: It was expensive
Happy about buying this protector shield, it was expensive though but I guess it was somewhat worth it.

Will you clean my iPad before putting on a new shield?
I've had my iPad for a while and would like the existing shield removed and a new one put on.
Apparently having an insanely clean, no dirt, no dust, no lint screen surface is key for the shield to be applied correctly and look great after it's on. Cleaning the iPad is not listed as one of the Geek Squad screen installation steps. ??

I use iClean, which you can buy at the Apple Store, or Best Buy. It's formulated for the Oleo phobic coated screen of iPhone and iPad and comes with a microfiber cloth. Please do not use any household product including window cleaner. Hope that helps you.
