This headset has it all. It is wireless with a wired backup in case the battery dies. You get more than 6 hours of battery life with it. And it is noise cancelling. And the sound is awesome! Definitely worth the investment.

We had a big cooker but wanted a smaller one for easy cleaning. this is perfect. Works great and for a family of three it is all we need.

will i just need one or two net gear extender in the house? i have weak signal upstairs and downstairs

That depends. Your router will still be working so you want to put the device(s) in areas where you get little or no signal. If one device accomplishes this you should be fine. I needed two as I have a 3000 square foot home and wanted coverage throughout.

Can i use 2 extender on opposite sides of the house off of the same router

Yes. I have two of these plus my router and they all work. Just give them different names.
