I don't like leaving things in my ears so the tone pro is perfect because it alerts you of a call by vibrating around your neck or interrupting whatever you are listening to.
It's the best
I would recommend this to a friend!

Voice commands, only? Really?

I'm a quadriplegic and would not be able to touch this thing after someone placed it around my neck. Would I be able to use it?
this would not be an effective device for you.
