What's great about it: Extended battery life
What's not so great: No DDR, unremovable battery
Great laptop, good performance, loved the touch screen, greatly recommended...

Can you remove the battery?

No you can't, but you don't have to the battery last for about 8 hrs of continuous use, and there is a built in mode to extend your battery life if you would like to plug it for long time.
