Replaced the 3 case fans in my Corsair 570x with these RGB ones and linked them to the rear RGB fan and the RGB fans I put on my Corsair H110v liquid CPU cooler. Makes for some great effects!

So I have owned many Harmony remotes over the years, since long before Logitech bought them and this is my favorite...so far.
I refused to give up my Harmony One even buying a backup off CL, but the Elite pushed me into giving it a try, needless to say I am keeping it.
At the same time I picked up a Philips Hue starter kit, the newer one supporting HomeKit.
It fits and feels very nice in the hand, the subtle haptic feedback has turned out to be something I liked much more than I thought I would. It controls everything I need it to - TV, BD player, Uverse box, Onkyo, AppleTV, Amazom Firestick, Hue lights and even my Asustor NAS. I have not encountered anything I would consider an issue so far. If you are new to Harmony or a long time user, you should really try this one out.

I'm considering these headphones to cancel out noises that keep me from getting a good nights sleep; like my husband's loud snoring. I need comfortable and wireless: Bose. Quiet comfort 35 or Sony 1000X?
I think the Sony's actually do a little better job of blocking out the noise than the Bose do. I own a pair of the older QC15 headphones and bought the QC35's to replace them. After reading so many positive reviews about the Sony's I bought those and after two weeks took the Bose back. The main reason for me was the audio quality was better. I bought the $150 Sony Walkman to take advantage of the Sony LDAC technology and it is very good. I have purchased quite a few albums in 192/24, 96/24 and DSD and playing them on the Walkman listening wirelessly through the MDR1000X my ears are very happy!
For Noise cancelling the Sony, to my ears, has a slight advantage - so that combined with audio quality won me over.

Did performance improve after upgrading the memory to 8gb? I currently have the 4gb that it came with, but it feels slow and seems to lag.
Upgrading to 8GB will help but more so when you are running multiple applications.

It is definitely worth the money to our family. Run office, surf the Internet, watch videos and play some basic games.

Yes it does, I bought the HUE starter kit at the same time as the remote and it works fine.

i have a harmony 900. can i download all my current settings to the elite? I do not want to do all the setup again and have on a computer
I think it will, I switched from a Harmony One and in the setup chose import settings and everything worked the way it should.

Will this remote control components located behind a wall? The TV is mounted on the family room wall but all components, including BluRay, direcTV box etc are on the other side of the wall under the stairs.
Yes, just place the included HUB in the same area as the other devices under the stairs. The remote will communicate with the HUB via RF and then the HUB will communicate with your devices via IR, RF or Wifi.
