I have been using this for about a month now. It is a great product with almost no cons. I have this installed in my 6 speed jeep wrangler. Bumpy ride? Yes. Phone held securely? Mine, Yes. My wife's, Not always. Her phone is the Galaxy S5 with a fairly heavy LifeProof case. Big bumps tend to make it slide off. My Galaxy S4 (no case) does not move at all.
Good price, well made product that securely holds the phone as long as you do not have a heavy phone case.
Would I buy it again? Most definitely. Two actually. strategically placed to hold the top and bottom of my large tablet.

I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using this mouse now for just over 5 months. When it was brand new, it was fantastic. Equal to any wired gaming mouse. Unfortunately, over time is has now become more of an frustration than anything. More than once I have wanted to throw it across the room and curse it. I would NOT call this a gaming mouse. Tracking is very touchy, and the wireless dongle must be darn near on top of the mouse. If it is not, you will experience stuttering and lag in mouse movement.
Wireless? Yes, but you still must run a USB extension cable almost to the mouse. Might as well go with a wired mouse.

I would still recommend it, but not sure if I would recommend it as a Gaming Mouse.

Can I somehow use this or another wireless mouse for my Samsung galaxy tab 4?

I have a zagg keys wireless keyboard that I use for my Samsung galaxy tab 4. When using the keyboard, it basically turns the tablet into a computer. For me, using the keyboard actually only makes it quite awkward to have to touch the tablet at all. Is there any alternative out there?!

If the device has a USB plug, you should be able to use it with the device. With that said, I do not believe the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 has any USB plug. Just a microusb for charging and the microSD slot for storage.

For the Galaxy Tab 4, I would recommend a Blu-Tooth device. But not one that requires a USB dongle.

what is the piece called that plugs into your laptop to make the wireless mouse work and can you buy that piece if you already have the mouse?

The piece that plugs into the laptop is called a 'Dongle'. These are not sold separately by Best Buy. However, you may be able to order them directly from the manufacturer, Logitech. Contact their customer service / support to confirm.

Does it magnify?

If by Magnify you mean make things bigger on the screen.. No. That is a function of the ACCESSIBILITY or EASE OF ACCESS within the operating system. Sometimes using the 3rd wheel button.
