I had a lifeproof for my iphone 4. I loved it. It worked underwater just like they said it would. I took it to school and let my students drop it in the pool while filming. The first three drops, everyone loved it. We watched as it sank in the five feet of water and continued to film. HOWEVER....on the fourth drop, the screen went black. My heart sank as I quickly recovered the phone. Water had gotten in. I watched in horror as the screen flickered and died.
I contacted lifeproof. They guarantee the case.....not the phone. So, I got a great new case. The problem was, I no longer had a phone to put in it.
Well, here we are with the new model for iphone 6 Plus. I am giving Lifeproof another chance. I am going to Asia in two months and I want a case to protect my phone. I have already tested it in water (heart racing the whole time). No problems thus far. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I am working with Best Buy to discover whether these holes should in fact be there. I called Igloo. They say the product is defective. I called best buy and they checked other models, they all have the holes. What does that mean? All defective?
Right below the holes, frost is accumulating....after only one week of use. It is not a frost free freezer, it still works great. For its price, it does what I need.

Forget the manual. Terrible waste of trees.
The software that comes on the hard drive is easy enough to install, but to set it up....not so easy. I have a background in IT and even I thought it was difficult to set up. I have another WD Cloud device and trying to integrate them all together....not easy.

Can I backup a Windows 8.1 computer and XP computer on one external hard drive?
We have two computers, Win 8.1 and XP. Can both computers be backed up on one external hard drive?
Depending on the size of the hard drive, yes.
