I was lucky that this was on sale the day my old, square Samsung monitor gave up the ghost, so price was not a negative factor. Everything about the monitor is positive. You can read all the technical reviews and see the numbers; just know that in real life It is bright, sharp, and responsive.
One thing that gave me pause in setting it up is that the stand is really, really stiff and I almost thought I was going to break it off before it would snap into place. Don't worry; just be firm and strong, yet gentile and it will snap into place.
The only thing that gave me thoughts of knocking the review down a bit was that it does not have a swivel. On the other hand, it has such clear viewing angles, that I don't find I need to adjust it as I change position.
Finally, I wanted touch in anticipation of Windows 10 (skipping the whole 8 thing). Lo and behold: I discovered that it is touch responsive even in Windows 7! Never saw that coming...

I was looking for a device more oriented towards the needs of a road warrior or someone who needed a portable device for both work and play. I needed a replacement for a company-provided iPad after leaving that job. A new iPad was never seriously in the running as a choice. One of my prime objectives was having something that kept me as close to fully functional and connected as possible without having to carry a laptop as well when I traveled. The iPad was weak in that regard; Ok for play - not for anything serious without adding on a bunch of costly apps that weren't always fully functional either. It came down to an Android or Windows tablet. In the end, I figured I had all the Android capabilities on my phone, and going with Windows 8 just made sense.
As far as the device goes, it is perfect for my needs. It is rock-solid; light; with a bright, crisp and clear display; great sound; and I absolutely love having the keyboard, which doubles as a cover. Having the microSD slot is a real plus. I never had many apps on my iPad, but I have been able to duplicate everything I had, either with a Windows app or a browser based version or a fully functional app. Having the Windows 365 option is another big plus.
Couldn't be happier with my choice.

Can this work with Sony Alpha a5000 Compact System Camera?
Using the adapter, yes; it would work. But you'd be better off with an SD card rather than a micro card.

is it interchangable with extreme plus 64 GB micro SDXC UHS-3 memoty card gold/red
If your device can handle the SDXC card, yes; they would be interchangeable. The only need I can see for the UHS-3 standard is if you were using it in a device that has the capability and you intend to use to capture 4K video.
