I shopped Samsung, Sony, and Sharp before buying this tv. I chose this model due to its deep blacks and bright whites, and the fact that i have been happy with my current Samsung 55in led. The only complaint i have is that the stand is fixed, and i am unable to turn the tv slightly for optimum viewing. A neat new feature is the Samsung Hub, a small box you plug all your HDMI cables into, then a single wire from that gets plugged into the tv. The remote is also very cool. It functions like a laser pointer/mouse. You aim at the tv then put your finger on the pointer button, a small circle appears on screen, and you use that to make menu selections. No more navigation using the directional arrows like on a standard remote. I play lots of video games and watch Formula 1 racing in HD, and the upgraded refresh rate of this tv is awesome. I haven't had any visible pixelation issues. Another great feature is the auto-detect of input. If i am watching Direct Tv and turn on my Playstation, it automatically switches to that input. When i turn off the game it switches back to the tv receiver signal. On my older tv i had to manually select the input each time i changed. The picture is amazing, but if you plan to wall-mount it be aware, this tv gets quite warm. I took some IR thermometer measurements after the tv was on for several hours. With the tv on it's stand about 1ft away from the wall behind it, and the adjacent wall at 77*, the temperature of the screen was 94*, and the top vents on the back were 101*. I highly recommend this tv. I will try to upload pics of the old 55in and this new one.

Having thoroughly enjoyed playing a couple of these titles on PS3 ,I was a bit disappointed that the graphics and frame rate did not appear that much improved on the more powerful PS4. I was able to import my character from the PS3 and they are still quite fun,I just thought the graphics were going to be significantly better. The game still looks and plays great and I still recommend them.

I can only comment on the keyboard functionality, as I haven't used it to charge my controller as I play. This is a great speed convenience for sending in-game messages in GTA5 online, because standing still too long gets you assassinated. The keyboard functions well, but the body of this could use a few tweaks. I have large hands, and when this is attached I can't get my fingers all the way around the underside. Where my bottom 3 fingers usually end up is blocked by the back of the keypad. It's not a huge deal, just slightly inconvenient. Also, the angle of the keypad is too low for my liking. If the manufacturer were to angle the keypad up to almost level with the button faces, there would be more room in back and typing would be easier.

This is a replacement for a dead pixeled old HP that I had. This is adequately quick for the price, just don't try any cpu intensive games or video editing. Specs are adequate for my browsing and email needs and it seems sturdy.

This is pretty much a freshened-up version of the game I love. The graphics are better on PS4, some different vehicles are more up to date. Unfortunately after many complaints they still have not fixed the vehicle dynamics. If I'm driving a cement truck at 80 miles an hour and I run into a sub-compact car, it should not almost stop the truck. Then after I get stopped it's like the car I hit is glued to the road, and it's almost impossible to push out of the way. I never played the online on PS3 but I'm enjoying it on the PS4. Overall still an awesome game but I have to deduct one star for the vehicle dynamics.

I bought this modem to replace the last generation Motorola modem that served me faithfully for at least 8 years. I upgraded to 100mb/s speed from 15, and was told by the Cox tech that my old modem could not support the higher speed. I bought this model based on my experience with the old Motorola modem, and have not been disappointed. My new speed is 100mb/s, and the tech was able to get 167mb/s on his laptop wired to the modem. Hopefully this one will last as long as the previous model.

These are amazing, the sound quality is great and the fit is more comfortable than another brand i had before these. The wire from the controller to amp is a bit short so it sits on my lap, but I'm used to it now. The great thing about the rechargeable amp is that if it goes dead, you just disconnect it and connect it to the charge cable, then plug the headset directly into your controller. The sound quality is still great without the amp, and the battery life is claimed to be 30 hours. I haven't timed it because even without the amp connected, the sound is very good. These are a huge value for the money considering you can pay $300+ for some of the competition. Just remember to switch the amp off when you finish.

This was an economical replacement for a fridge an evicted tenant ruined by leaving full of food with the power disconnected. I got it on sale with free delivery and haul-away and it cooled quickly and looks great. I never put fridges with ice makers in my rentals, as it is the first thing to fail and have the tenants calling asking that it be fixed. They can use ice cube trays, as this fridge doesn't come with an ice maker. The only complaints I have are that it rolls forward too easily on the tile when you pull the door, and the top is not flat. The top has an upward arch that causes items placed on top to be lopsided and prone to tipping. Overall a great value so far, hopefully it lasts a long time.

This has ok speed for web browsing, but not much else. The display resolution maxes out at 720 so no super hd viewing, but this works for my needs. I just use it for shopping and emails with occasional pic uploads. If you need a fast cpu this isn't for you, but for 200 bucks i'm not complaining.

Streams HD video cleanly?
Streaming is dependent on both your equipment and the speed you are paying for. I bought this to support my new 100mb/s speed and it will actually support higher. This is more than capable of HD streaming ad long as you are paying for sufficient speed from your internet provider.

I need to purchase a new modem. I have cox cable as my provider, can someone please recommend me a modem that I can use with cox cable.
I also have Cox, and just bought this to accommodate my 100mb/s speed upgrade. It works well so far and the technician was able to get 167mb/s when wired to the modem.

This modem works only if my labtop is next to it and sometimes on the first floor of the house. As soon as i go upstairs, it stops working. Out house is large (3600sf) so maybe I need another modem? Anyone know?
That is not your modem, the modem only brings the signal from your internet provider to your home. Your wireless router is responsible for varying signal strength in the home. Make sure you have a router capable of the speed this modem supports, and if it does you may want to try a range extender that plugs into a wall outlet to increase your range/signal farther from the router. If your router is older or you aren't sure of it's speed, you may just want to replace it as the technology improves rapidly.

These have a universal jack, the employee told me even if the box only says Xbox or PS four they're interchangeable because of the headphone jack.

Which of the Frigidaire comes with, or can be add on to, a ice maker within the freezer compartment? If it is an option, what is the cost?
This does not have an ice maker but I believe there is an add-on kit you can attach

How does this computer handle programs such as solidworks, labview, and data acquisition?
I am an engineer and I am looking for an affordable laptop that can handle the engineering programs I need.
I haven't used any of your listed programs, but this thing is not fast even for basic computing. Any data-intensive program is likely to bog this waaaaay down.

There is no electrical cord to plug this dishwasher in - is that normal? Do I have to get an electrician to wire it? No installation with delivery.
No cord is included because it has to be hard wired into the bottom of the dishwasher, and yes this is normal for almost all of them. Attaching the wiring is really no harder than installing a light switch, just a couple wires and wire nuts, the box is already attached to most dishwashers. The store charges 100 plus dollars to install, but this is probably cheaper than hiring an electrician just to connect the wires.

Stainless Steel Frigidaire
The display and online shows the stainless steel with a white inside. Is the inside white or stainless steel like the outside?
This is white inside, usually only the more expensive models are stainless inside.
