What's great about it: Quiet
What's not so great: normal cycle is too long, lower rack not the greatest
I love the finish on this appliance. Cleans well, despite horrible water here.

How do you season the griddle?
I can not find the directions in the manual, the PDF nor the Frigidaire website.
Season as you would a cast iron skillet. Generously rub with cooking oil, bake in the oven at 300 for 20 minutes
