I really like all the features that are included in this watch. I usually don't wear a watch so it took me a few days to get used to it. I initially wanted the charge hr which is more like a bracelet but after using the blaze I think it is worth it for all the added features! I have heard that people were having issues with breaking the frame when they remove the face to charge it but that hasn't been a problem for me at all as long as you are careful when you remove it. I highly recommend this watch.

Does the Fitbit blaze give you reminders to move to reach 250 steps in an hour like the Fitbit Alta?

No it doesnt but it will send you a message letting you know how many more steps you need to reach your daily 10000

If you shut the dvd player off will it resume play or start the movie over

If you shut it off, it will pick up right where you left off when you turn it back on.
