Is the HP Officejet 901 Ink Cartridge for HP Officejet 4500 Wireless AIO printer? What is different between HP901 and HP901XL Ink Cartridge?

Difference between 901 and 901LX is the amount of pages you can print. The 901 will print approx. 500 sheets which is what I can run when printing assignments and research for college. The 901XL gives you approx. double.

Can you get the ink refilled?

can you get this type of ink refilled at costco or walgreens?
No! That is definitely a bad choice even if you wanted to try yourself it would not work properly. I have also found that other manufacturers knockoffs are not compatible so save your money and go to Best Buys.

Can we get either HP901 or HP901XL Ink Cartridge for HP Officejet 4500 Wireless AIO printer?

Yes, and the XL I definitely longer lasting with a brighter print.
