What's great about it: good deal; like the narrow french doors
What's not so great: finish on doors has to be carefully maintained
We received delivery of the first one, and waited and waited for it to start cooling, but the temperature kept rising (checked on a thermometer) until it reached above 70 degrees. That is when we called the store and they said that we would be getting a new one (sooner or later). That is the first time we have ever bought a new appliance that didn't work "right out of the chute". Something on it was running, and the lights turned on, but that was all. So far, at least the new one is running. We didn't want our well water connected due to mineral problems, so we don't have the ice maker hooked up, and this model has no ice or water in the door. We like the narrow french doors and the pull-out freezer drawer. The full width bin at the bottom is handy.

Are the freezer drawers solid plastic or wire?

I want a freezer with solid plastic drawer and slide not wire mesh. If you could send me a picture of the inside of the freezer it would be greatly appreciated.
This freezer has wire baskets. The lower one slides out when the drawer is opened, and you can pull the upper one out once the drawer is opened.

Where is the water dispenser? Do you have to open the door all of the time to get water?

This model doesn't have all the bells and whistles; no dispensers for ice or water in the door.
