Is the HP envy 4500 printer compatible with the surface rt tablet?

Is the HP envy 4500 printer compatible with the surface RT tablet? (system model is surface with Windows RT and os name is Windows RT 8.1) I purchased it and don't want to open it and take it apart unless I know it works, otherwise, I will return it and get one that is compatible. Anyone else have any luck with these two? Or other printer suggestions?

The printer is wireless and once you have the All in One program on your phone or tablet it would print straight off the mobile...... You can also get the Easy Print app and it would work from your mobile or tablet
